Danielle Cowan
Founder
For three decades, the New Era Concepts Founder has played an influential role in Oregon spanning from Olympia to Portland and the Mt. Hood Territory. Recently, she has led the way in destination marketing via Clackamas County Tourism and Cultural Affairs establishing tourism infrastructure, developing her team to the height of national recognition, and pressing legislative change to ensure agotourism keeps pace with the tourism boom. Her vast governmental experience comes from positions with the Oregon Department of Transportation, the Liquor Control Commission, Oregon Economic & Community Development, The City of Wilsonville and Beaverton, and as the Community & Legislative Affairs Director a Clackamas County where she represented our interests in Washington DC.
In her final year of Executive Director of Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory, Danielle worked through governance issues, moved offices, expanded into new marketing and launched new marketing campaigns and developed a robust Oregon Train 175th Anniversary multi-state campaign. Under her leadership, they invested more than half a million dollars in to tourism grant funding and will begin to implement water-based tourism initiatives that will grow tourism assets in Clackamas County for both residents and visitors alike.

Chandra Chase
Brand and Marketing
Chandra is a proven industry leader with expertise in internal and external communications, marketing, graphic design, media relations, social media, website strategy and development, community engagement, project management, digital marketing and social media, and events. She has a proven ability to leverage staff, stakeholders, and volunteers to further the organization’s mission and brand. She has served in a leadership capacity as the Editor-in-Chief of SW Washington’s largest business magazine, which required collaboration and coordination in a deadline intensive environment. Chandra is recognized as one of the VBJ’s Accomplished and Under 40.
Ben Cowan
Destination Development and Partnerships
Ben is a community builder. He’s led political campaigns, developed partnerships, and managed projects across a variety of challenging landscapes. He’s developed strategies and implemented within a team setting. He worked with the Milwaukie Downtown Development Association to help create a concept to build a hotel, as a large redevelopment project. He’s worked with private businesses, communities and government, and experience developing marketing materials and presenting concepts to a variety of interest groups.
Tristin Brenneke
Graphic Arts Manager
Tristin is a seasoned graphic designer whose print and digital marketing packages via Adobe Creative Cloud exceed $1 billion of commercial real estate sales value. She has designed 50 memorandums, 100+ marketing flights and countless eblasts to 5,000 investors worldwide. She is an expert in producing branding identity assets through logos, tyopography, color schemes, photography and tagline slogans. She collaborates with designers, artist, video professionals, and researchers to best display content across a variety of platforms.
