For three decades, the New Era Concepts Founder has played an influential role in Oregon spanning Salem to Portland, Wilsonville and Clackamas County. She has led the way in destination management for Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory, establishing a wildly successful tourism program and national award winning team. During her tenure, tourism revenues in Clackamas County have more than doubled. She has led legislative change within the tourism industry and serves currently as the President of the Oregon Destination Association. Her experience also includes the Oregon Department of Transportation, the Liquor Control Commission, Business Oregon, Wilsonville, and Clackamas County.

 

We have a proven track record of creating award winning destination marketing narratives, recreation assets, funding opportunities and strategies, addressing regulatory and legislative pitfalls in tourism development, digital campaigns, and changing industry trends to drive visitor engagement and spending.

We have extensive experience with projects interacting with governmental agencies and has been part of creating new funding approaches to projects, as well as regulatory change. 

When a project becomes stagnant and progress isn’t made, a qualified intervener can refresh thought and serve as a catalyst for creative thinking and change.
